Our policy

 

All clients must agree to abide within the Terms of Service in contract to receive tutorial services from A B C Tutoring.

 

Each tutorial session is 55 minutes in length. The first 50 minutes are used for the tutor to work with the student. The remaining 5 minutes are for the tutor to inform the parent/guardian on the student’s progress

 

Session Cancellation:A B C Tutoring has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Reservations for tutorial services must be cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled tutorial time. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to cancel tutorial session with  A B C Tutoring through phone or email. If parent/guardian does not cancel tutorial session 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled tutorial time, parent/guardian will be responsible for payment of tutorial session.

 

Same-Day Sessions:There is an eight-hour window for scheduling same-day tutorial sessions. You must allow at least eight hours to schedule a tutorial session for the same day. For example, to schedule a session at 6:00pm, that session must be scheduled by 10:00am the day of the session.
